Come in and join me in the kitchen as I tackle my first year as a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm share member at 7 Springs Farm located in Check, Virginia. I am very excited to do some research and make dishes, common and uncommon, using our CSA deliveries each week and share those results with you.
I hope to help provide some simple yet new and fun techniques for using locally grown vegetables in season to promote a healthy diet. Most of the recipes you'll see on this site are my tweaks and takes on multiple versions of the same dish.
My cooking is a blend of Indian, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Mexican, and Italian recipes.
